What is OneScan™?
OneScan™ is a security center that combines network discovery, router indicators, device posture signals, and AI risk scoring in one place.
Does Cybershield read my messages or photos?
No. Cybershield does not access calls, messages, emails, photos, or personal content.
What does "Not fully verifiable on iOS" mean?
Some network and device signals are limited by iOS permissions or router visibility, so we flag when a check cannot be fully verified.
Why might some devices not appear?
Devices can be hidden by router settings, segmented networks, or limited visibility on iOS. OneScan™ will note unknowns when needed.
Is this a VPN or a security scanner?
Both. Cybershield provides VPN traffic protection and OneScanT security checks that work together to improve privacy and awareness.
Do you keep logs?
We operate a no-logs policy for VPN traffic. We do not log browsing activity, DNS queries, or connection history. See the Trust section for scope and platform limitations.
Does Cybershield sell or share my data?
No. Cybershield does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics SDKs.
What is Cybershield Guard?
Cybershield Guard is our protection layer that combines DNS-based blocking, traffic protection, and risk-aware safeguards to reduce tracking, phishing, and exposure while connected.
Does Cybershield work when the app is closed?
Yes. When enabled, VPN protection and selected safeguards remain active in the background, subject to iOS system limits.
Why is Cybershield different from other VPNs?
Most VPNs only change your IP. Cybershield focuses on visibility, clarity, and understanding risk - not just hiding it.
What does AI Risk Assessment actually do?
It prioritises risk signals from network and device posture checks, highlights unknowns, and suggests guided actions without inspecting content.
How many devices can I use Cybershield on?
Your Cybershield subscription is tied to your Apple ID and can be used on multiple iOS devices that you personally own and sign into with the same Apple ID.
Cybershield does not currently support Apple Family Sharing. Each Apple ID manages its own subscription through the App Store.
Family sharing support may be added in a future update, but is not available at launch.
How do I cancel subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings in the App Store.
