Service: Cybershield VPN and OneScan features. App: the Cybershield iOS application. Subscription: paid access via Apple App Store. Free Plan: limited access with free servers. Premium Servers: higher-capacity locations and features. Features and server availability may vary by plan, region, and technical constraints.

2. Service description

Cybershield provides VPN traffic protection and security insights. Cybershield does not guarantee anonymity, complete security, or uninterrupted protection. No service can eliminate all security risks.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activities, abuse of network infrastructure, distribution of malware, or attempts to bypass safeguards or reverse engineer the Service. See the Acceptable Use Policy at aup.html.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Billing is handled by the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple policies. Cancel via your Apple ID settings.

Certain aspects of the Service are governed by Apple’s App Store terms and iOS platform rules. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms shall prevail for App Store transactions.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, illegal activity, or harm to infrastructure or other users.

Service availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, and changes may occur.

Cybershield may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including security checks or VPN locations, without liability.

8. Encryption & export compliance

Cybershield uses standard encryption technologies and complies with applicable export laws and regulations. Use of the Service is subject to Apple App Store rules and local laws where you reside.

9. Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties are provided beyond what the law allows.

Security insights, OneScan, and AI-based signals are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional or legal advice.

10. Limitation of liability

Cybershield is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify Cybershield for claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may still apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
